U18 Yearbooks 2008-2009-2010 / fight time: 3 minutes 

• boys (weight / kilo): 46, 50, 55, 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, +90

• girls (weight / kilo): 40, 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, 70, +70

U15 Yearbooks 2011-2012 /  fight time: 3 minutes  (Shime waza and Kansetsu waza are not allowed)

• boys (weight / kilo): -38, 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, +90

• girls (weight / kilo): - 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, 70, +70

U13 Yearbooks 2013-2014 /  fight time: 2 minutes  (Shime waza and Kansetsu waza are not allowed)

The competitor may compete in a higher weight category if the coach and the parent make a relevant declaration. Competitor may also compete in two age categories, but the start in the older group requires a declaration of the parent and the coach.

In the payment title for the entry fee, you must strictly providethe following in order:
- club name
- number of paid starts in JUDO competitions
- the number of paid RANDORI athletes
- tax identification number

Meal

Each participant at the tournament on January 11, 2025 will receive a hot meal.

There will be a food zone during the tournament. Each athlete, coach and spectator will be able to purchase a meal throughout the day.

Registration

Registration must be submitted through the registration form on the website https://admin.judomanager.com/
no later than: 10 p.m., 9th January 2025.  

Registrations after the deadline or on the day of the competition will increase the entry fee by 150 PLN / €35

Not registered athletes won't be allowed to compete!

3rd place: medal, diploma

 

Team:

1st place: cup,

Decorations take place after the end of the weight category.

Saturday, 11.01.2025

Weighing:

8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. yearbooks 2011 and younger

12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. yearbooks 2008 - 2009 - 2010

Fights:

10:30 a.m. planned start - yearbooks 2011 and younger

The official launch of the tournament: 10:15 p.m.

2:15 p.m. planned start - yearbooks U18  2008 - 2009 - 2010

Official weight Electronic Weighing. Weigh-in times are according to the competition schedule. Athletes are not allowed to weigh in without clothing. During weigh-in, female athletes must wear personal  underwear and a T-shirt, while male athletes must wear personal underwear (shorts). Weight limits are increased by an additional 100g. The competitor not meeting the weight limit will be transferred to the second category.
Draws Electronic system.
Mats Competition will be running on 10 - 12 mats
Medical examinations All competitors must have a valid sports medical examination.  Coach/leader is required to have parental consent to participate in the competition.
Accident insurance Each competitor is required to obtain their own insurance from the consequences of accidents. Foreign athletes are obligated to have insurance that covers medical expenses in case of injury during the competition. 
Judo Suits Blue Judo Suits are not required. To fight, athlete wears a red loincloth.

Referees

The person responsible for refereeing matters is the Director of Referees.
Director of  Referees serves as the Chief Judge.
Director of Referees will appoint the judging panel from both country and abroad.
On the mat, there is one main referee. 2 side Judges use the Care system.
Mat for warm-up Competitors will be able to use the mat to warm up.
Final resolutions

Registration for the competition is equivalent to acceptance of the provisions of this announcement.

In matters not covered by the regulations, the Chief Judge's decision is final.
The organizer is not responsible for lost items, as well as damages and accidents. The organizer reserves the right to use the images of the athletes in photographs and videos from the competition, as well as for promotional purposes related to the event.
