| Meal |
Each participant at the tournament on January 11, 2025 will receive a hot meal. There will be a food zone during the tournament. Each athlete, coach and spectator will be able to purchase a meal throughout the day. |
| Registration |
Registration must be submitted through the registration form on the website https://admin.judomanager.com/ Registrations after the deadline or on the day of the competition will increase the entry fee by 150 PLN / €35 Not registered athletes won't be allowed to compete! |

| Official weight | Electronic Weighing. Weigh-in times are according to the competition schedule. Athletes are not allowed to weigh in without clothing. During weigh-in, female athletes must wear personal underwear and a T-shirt, while male athletes must wear personal underwear (shorts). Weight limits are increased by an additional 100g. The competitor not meeting the weight limit will be transferred to the second category. |

| Medical examinations | All competitors must have a valid sports medical examination. Coach/leader is required to have parental consent to participate in the competition. |
| Accident insurance | Each competitor is required to obtain their own insurance from the consequences of accidents. Foreign athletes are obligated to have insurance that covers medical expenses in case of injury during the competition. |
| Judo Suits | Blue Judo Suits are not required. To fight, athlete wears a red loincloth. |

Referees |
The person responsible for refereeing matters is the Director of Referees. Director of Referees serves as the Chief Judge. Director of Referees will appoint the judging panel from both country and abroad. On the mat, there is one main referee. 2 side Judges use the Care system. |

Registration for the competition is equivalent to acceptance of the provisions of this announcement.
In matters not covered by the regulations, the Chief Judge's decision is final. |
