| Meal |
Each participant at the tournament on January 10, 2026 will receive a hot meal. There will be a food zone during the tournament. Each athlete, coach and spectator will be able to purchase a meal throughout the day. |

Registration must be submitted through the registration form on the website https://admin.judomanager.com/ Registrations after the deadline or on the day of the competition will increase the entry fee by 150 PLN / €35 Not registered athletes won't be allowed to compete! |

| Official weigh-in: | Electronic weigh-in. Weigh-in times are in accordance with the competition schedule. Weighing of athletes without clothing is not permitted. During the weigh-in, a female athlete must wear personal underwear and a t-shirt, and a male athlete must wear personal underwear (shorts). Weight limits are increased by an additional 100 g. An athlete who does not meet the weight limit will be moved to another category. |

| Medical examinations | All competitors must have a valid sports medical examination. Coach/leader is required to have parental consent to participate in the competition. |
| Accident insurance | Each competitor is required to obtain their own accident insurance. Foreign competitors are required to have insurance covering medical expenses in the event of an injury during the competition. |
| Judo Suits | Blue Judo Suits are not required. To fight, athlete wears a red loincloth. |

Referees |
The person responsible for refereeing matters is the Referee Director. The Referee Director serves as the Chief Judge. The Referee Director will appoint the judging panel from both country and abroad. There is 1 main referee on the mat, and 2 side referees use the Care system. |

Registration for the competition is equivalent to acceptance of the provisions of this announcement.
In matters not covered by the regulations, the Chief Referee of the Competition decides. |
